No single accomplishment or success truly reflects the worth of an individual. The measure of a person is the adherence to life-long principles.  The principles of service, caring, building and giving, frame this woman's life.

Bishop Brown is a native of New Orleans and the oldest daughter of Stanley and Leola McBride.  She is President of Believers In Christ Ministries, Inc., and is the catalyst and overseer of a variety of ministry programs, all geared to fulfill her dream in life of bringing men, women, boys and girls to Jesus Christ.

Bishop Brown has a particular passion for the continued development of pastors and ministers.  She has conducted revivals, retreats, and teaching sessions throughout the United States, Bahamas and Japan.  She was consecrated to the Office of Bishop in the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship in 2003.

The milestones are many on Bishop's pathway to success.  She holds a bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marquette University, a Master of Education from Cardinal Stritch University and a Doctoral Degree in Education from Capella University.

Her commitment to education led her to establish The Christian Academy of Believers In Christ, the High School of Excellence and the Kids aRe Smart Learning Center.  Bishop workes with parents and church members committed to excellence and developed a preschool through high school program that today stands as a prototype for innovation in education.  She has organized, Intelligence, Inc., an educational training and consulting firm, to share her wealth of knowledge and experience with others in the field of eduation. 

Bishop works untiringly to help each person reach his or her maximum potential.  Her smile, hugs, and wise counsel bring renewed srength and hope to all she meets.  What plans are in her future?  She is simply seeking ways to empower and build others.  Her love and God ever drives her to help others know, love and serve Him.  Everyone is special and can succeed.  Someone has to show them.
